Hon Carolyn Mayunzu, President of the Women League, has been on the ground in Trans Nzoia County mobilising ahead of the _Linda Mwananchi_ rally set for July 25th and July 27th 2026.
Trans Nzoia will host the Linda Mwananchi on July 25, ahead of Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna’s homecoming in Bungoma on July 26.
Governor George Natembeya announced this after meeting with Senator Edwin Sifuna, Vihiga Senator Godfrey Osotsi, Kabuchai MP Majimbo Kalasinga, and Bumula MP Jack Wamboka at his Milimani residence.
Natembeya said the team has already toured all Western region counties except Trans Nzoia and Bungoma, and local leaders will spearhead grassroots mobilisation across all 38 constituencies in Western Kenya.
The Western tour itinerary shared earlier had the team scheduled to pass through Vihiga, Kakamega, Busia, Bungoma, Kiminini, and end with a grand rally in Kitale Town in Trans Nzoia. Governor Natembeya being the host.
