Principal Administrative Secretary (PAS) in the Executive Office of the President Arthur Osiya on Saturday visited Oshoromโs Hills in Kolanya location, Teso North Sub-County to condole with the family of the late Thomas Okude Olita who succumbed to death at the age of 61.
Delivering his condolence message before an ecstatic crowd, the PAS remembered with nostalgia the late Thomas Okude Olita for his contributions to the community and the legacy of unity and service he has left behind.
โ May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may the late Nathan Onyiko Olitaโs family find comfort and strength in God at this trying moment of sorrow and grief,โ Osiya said.
Osiya had joined the family, friends, and community in Angโaro, Changara โ Angurai East Ward to eulogize and celebrate the life of the late Thomas Olita Okude.

He was joined by MCAs Hon. David Parapara ( Abgurai East), Isaac Wamalwa (Angurai North), and Joseph Eseme (Angurai South), we stood in solidarity with the bereaved family during this difficult time.
Thomas Okude Olita died on October 23 at the Bungoma County Referral Hospital after battling with diabetes that spanned since 2016.

Thomas, whose body is lying at St Francis Funeal Home in Korinda Busia, will be buried at his father, the late Nathan Onyiko Olitaโs ancestral land in Kolanya on Tuesday October 11, 2025.

Osiya was welcomed at Olitaโs family by the burial committee chairman Benard Kitui and former Angurai South Member of the County Assembly, Grace Omsete Olita, among others.
