It was a sad day for the rejuvenated players who were hoping to play and win in a game they had prepared for over weeks after they were involved in an accident.
FKF Bungoma Branch league side Kabula Tigers FC players are nursing injuries after getting involved in an accident while on their way to Sirisia sub county for a match.
The accident happened at Musikoma area near Bungoma Town while the players were on their way to Sirisia where they were set to play Sirisia TTI in a league encounter on Sunday.
The victims were rushed to a local health facility where they received medication and discharged.
The players received soft tissue injuries after the driver failed to control the vehicle which rolled on the highway.
