The state department for industry will put up a ginnery in Ugenya Constituency, Siaya County to revive and support cotton farming in the area.

This was said by the PS for Industry Dr Juma Mukhwana when he distributed 4 tones of cotton seed worth Sh14 million to 3000 farmers in Siaya County.
