By Violet Grade

MP Wamboka has denied the claims that lack of enough funds for lunch programs in schools within Bumula constituency was caused by his mismanagement of funds meant for the program.

Despite the fact that school funding was delayed countrywide,Wamboka noted that he personally borrowed a loan from the bank to cope with the lunch program disaster within Bumula which brought light to the school.

In his speech during the official launching and handing over of new JSS classrooms at Netima R.C and Machwele D.E.B primary schools,Wamboka sounded a warning to those politicians who spread hate politics noting that they should wait till the right time to start politics but for now the mission is to work for citizens not spreading hatred speeches.

‘we should wait till 2027 for real politics but for now we are focusing on development projects and sustainability of our county’s economy.’he said.

The headteacher Mrs. Jenifer Tophister Ejakaiti from Machwele primary expressed her gratitude to the area MP saying that together with her staff they are ready to do their best so as to reciprocate the school development through excellence.

“We are grateful for the projects that are going on in this school and for that I call upon the school stakeholders to cooperate to better the performance of this school.’said Ejakaiti.

Wamboka further said that he has put education empowerment infront and he aims at improving the schools environment so that schools in Bumula be on top performance within Bungoma county.
