class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kakamega Senator Cleophas Malala has said that the Amani\nNational Congress (ANC) party leader was misadvised to expel him from the party<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Malala, the party failed to follow the due\nprocess of law in expelling, terming it the reason as to why the Registrar of\nPolitical Parties, Anne Nderitu revoked his expulsion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also reminded Mudavadi that ANC is not a personal\nproperty but a party for Kenyans from all walks of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the maverick Senator, the party could have consulted\n(ANC) could have consulted him before arriving at an illegal decision of\nexpelling him from the who was addressing the press at his Milimani home\ntoday in Kakamega town, he welcomed the actions taken by the in revoking his\nexpulsion from ANC saying that was a Solomonic ruling after she ( Ms Nderitu)\nruled that &nbsp;the decision to expel the\nsenator was inconsistent with the party constitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He also said that he campaigned for Imran Okoth during the\nKibra Parliamentary by elections, which was the genesis of his troubles as per\nthe wishes of the late Ken Okoth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He said he does not regret his actions and that he will continue\nsupporting his leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malala further said that he was being punished by ANC party\nfor supporting the handshake team taking that\nstand,\u201d said Malala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Malala scoffed at the disciplinary\ncommittee that expelled him from party given that their decision was not\nratified by the National Executive Council.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cAny disciplinary action should take 90 days\nbut ANC took 300 days to discipline me, that clout
