In a recruitment drive organized by Alfima Recruitment Agency in Bungoma County, over 10,000 youths are set to benefit from lucrative job opportunities in countries like Dubai and Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n

The program offers positions in various fields, including welding, masonry, carpentry, cleaning, and house management.<\/p>\n

Speaking to the press in Kisiwa TTI in Bungoma County, Agnes, an agent with Alfima, emphasized the agency’s commitment to ensuring a smooth transition for successful candidates.<\/p>\n

\u201cApplicants must have a valid passport and a certificate of good conduct. Once selected, we will handle their visas and tickets to ensure they travel safely,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n

Emmanuel Wamalwa, the principal of Kisiwa TTI, expressed pride in the initiative, noting the abundance of skilled talent in Bungoma.<\/p>\n

\u201cThere\u2019s a high demand for these jobs, and many qualified students are found here,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n

Wamalwa also clarified that interviews for certain roles, like electrical and plumbing jobs, are conducted online, while trades such as masonry and steel fixing require physical interviews.<\/p>\n

The enthusiasm among the candidates was visible, with many expressing optimism about what these opportunities could mean for their futures.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis is more than just a chance to work abroad. It’s a gateway to financial stability and acquiring valuable skills\u201d, Onyait Collins, a Civil Engineering student at the Institute said.<\/p>\n

Alfima aims to recruit at least 100 new candidates every month, creating a steady pathway for Kenyan youth to secure meaningful work overseas.<\/p>\n
