H.E President Daniel Toroitich arap Moi who died on 4<sup>th<\/sup>  February 2020 at Nairobi hospital. Journalists assigned to cover the  state funeral will require accreditation from the Media Council of  Kenya,\u201d the statement reads in part. <\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In a presser released to newsrooms on Thursday by David\nOmwoyo, journalists covering the event will be required to get full accreditation\nfrom the council, failure to which they won\u2019t be granted entry to the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/countysplash.co.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/IMG-20200207-WA0016-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-340\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u201cThe government has\nannounced a state funeral for the Rt. H.E President Daniel Toroitich arap Moi\nwho died on 4<sup>th<\/sup> February 2020 at Nairobi hospital.
