We should also be at the forefront in environmental conversation because  it is our mandate to do that,\u201d said Mr. Lelei. <\/code><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe are here because we are\nthe best, and we should prove that in terms of performance and discipline,\u201d he\nsaid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The commissioner also\nmaintained that scouting is key in shaping the current generation by instilling\nrelevant skills in the youth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/countysplash.co.ke\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/IMG-20220918-WA0059-1024x768.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2905\"\/><figcaption><strong><code>Namachanja High School students during the competition<\/code><\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cScouting presents an opportunity for the competitors to learn skills such as construction, first aid administration, and home-based skills.
