The problem was later resolved with voting kicking\noff few minutes after 8 am.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI came here at 7.30am but the\nvoting exercise had not started as one of the KIEMS kit was not working and\neven at Mumias Muslim primary school. Said Barasa<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He explained that most polling\nstations in the county have reported incidents of voter bribery&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;We have evidence, in fact when\nyou move around you will see that voter bribery is rampant and we have already\nreported to the relevant authorities.&#8221; They were engaging themselves\nin cases of voter bribery. We have also noted cases failure of KIEMS Kits.
