It requires a great society to\nidentify a good leader, but to Mr. Edward Luvusi, politics is equally an art of\ninfluence, trying to prove ones worth which is defined by campaigns across ones\ngeographical area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Mr. Luvusi who is the current Human\nResources Manager at the Lake Victoria North Water Services Agency (LVNWSA), is\none of the candidates eying the Hamisi constituency parliamentary seat in\n2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seat is currently being held by\nCharles Gimose who is an ardent supporter of Deputy President William Ruto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luvusi, 53, is a life member of the\nMusalia Mudavadi led Amani National Congress (ANC) party.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Early Life <\/code><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luvusi went to Kaptik primary school and later joined Kaimosi Boys High School for his secondary education before joining Emusire High School for his A-level education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He later joined the University of\nNairobi (UoN) for a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration and later enrolled\nfor a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Railway Training Institute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is also a member of International\nHuman Resource Management (IHRM).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He started his career as a Labour\nOfficer in Mombasa in 1992 and then was transferred to Baringo district and\nlater to Busia and finally Nairobi where he worked until his resignation in\n2022 and joined the private sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Luvusi then joined the hotel\nindustry as a Human Resources manager at Tiwi Beach and later Diani Rift Resort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In 2009 he came back to the government\nas a Human Resource Manager at Kenya Marine and Research Institute where he\nserved until 2012 when he joined Lake Victoria North Water Services Board Agency\nas a Human Resources Manager to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
