Opposition leaders led by former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, while on a tour of Bungoma County to seek political support, have criticized the Kenya Kwanza administration, accusing it of failing to effectively deliver on its responsibilities.<\/p>\n

Speaking during a Sunday service at a Catholic church, the leaders assured Kenyans that individuals allegedly involved in causing insecurity and unrest would be held accountable.<\/p>\n

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka called on the government to reduce fuel prices, noting that many citizens are facing economic hardships as the cost of fuel and other essential commodities continues to rise.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, George Natembeya criticized President William Ruto, accusing his administration of sidelining development projects in the Western region. Natembeya said it was unfair to residents who supported the President and urged the government to prioritize the education sector.<\/p>\n

Former Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i also urged residents of Western Kenya to support the opposition movement, saying it would help push for improved infrastructure development. He emphasized that opposition leaders are united in their efforts to challenge President Ruto’s leadership.<\/p>\n
