The Law Society of Kenya (LSK) has given Advocate Cecil Miller a clean bill of health following accusations by Kenya\u2019s High Commissioner to India Peter Munyiri.<\/div>\n

According to the advocate, Ambassador Munyiri has been using bloggers and social media influencers to post that the renowned advocate owes him a refund of legal fees.<\/div>\n

Email correspondence between them<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n
\u201c\u2026I refer to our telephone conversation. I have not received the email. Kindly confirm that Miller and Company Advocates, can apply the entire set of funds forwarded to us, as legal fees to enable us proceed to finalise your matters,\u201d Miller inquired in an email sent on March 31, 2016 to Munyiri.<\/div>\n

A day later, on April 1, forwarded to Miller an email wrote on March 24, 2016 saying: \u201cI refer to above and confirm funds remitted by our companies should be applied to pay legal fees for services rendered on our various issues.\u201d<\/div>\n

He went ahead and wrote to the LSK claiming Miller owes him money.<\/div>\n
However, documents show that LSK had already dealt with the complaint way back in April 2025.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
LSK had determined that it could not handle the complaint as the issues raised are the same ones in a court case in which Miller has sued Munyiri.<\/div>\n
