Ruto names Mudavadi as Prime Cabinet Secretary as he gifts Central Kenya takes half of the cabinet

Musalia Mudavadi has been named as the Prime Cabinet Secretary by President William Ruto. Ruto while announcing his new Cabinet, he said some of his responsibilities include assisting the President and the Deputy President in liaison with the Interior Ministry.

Mudavadi will also chair and co-ordinate the government agenda and facilitate inter-ministerial coordination.

According to Ruto, the Deputy President; Rigathi Gachagua will deputize president in execution of presidents functions, chair cabinet committees, oversee implementation of cabinet decision, co-ordinate intergovernmental relations including chairing IBEC, liaison between constitutional commissions, coordinate planning and supervision of funded program and public sector reforms.
