Form Ni Kenya Kwanza; Lusaka, Mp Barasa Ask Kimilili Residents To Reelect Them

Senate speaker Ken Lusaka and Kimilili Mp Didmus Barasa have urged Bungoma residents to support and elect Kenya Kwanza Alliance during the August 9 polls.

Addressing a mammoth crowd during a political rally in Chebukwabi market, Kimilili constituency on Tuesday, the duo called on Kenyans not to gamble with their votes but instead elect KKA allied leaders.

“Kenyans deserve a government that genuinely cares for their welfare and one that is responsive to their needs, those leaders are allied to Kenya Kwanza,” said Lusaka who is also the gubernatorial candidate in Bungoma County.

He added, “Kenya Kwanza coalition is the best bet for Kenyans in the coming polls because the leadership has been clear that their focus will be on uplifting the poor and improving the economy,”.

Lusaka was drumming up support for Kenya Kwanza Presidential flag-bearer William Samoei Ruto.

He observed that if elect he will help correct development issues that have been ruined by the current regime led by governor Wycliffe Wangamati.

His sentiments were echoed by the area Mp Didmus Barasa who asked Bungoma residents to elect KK leaders who will in turn  improve their livelihoods.

“Form ni Kenya Kwanza, we will uplift your livelihoods through an improved economy, we believe in the bottom up economic model which will make all of us equal,” said.

The legislator called on area residents to reelect him for development to be realized.

“Vote in our incoming president William Ruto, Bungoma governor Ken Lusaka, Senator Moses Wetang’ula and our woman Rep Nancy Kibaba and myself, this way we will have elected a formidable team that will steer the economy of this country and county to greater heights,” said Barasa.
