Ojaamong: Kenya Needs An Economic Oriented Leader

By Reuben Olita

Busia Governor Sospeter Ojaamong has urged Kenyans to elect the next President who will revive the country’s economy.

Addressing mourners during the burial of career civil servant, the late Nicholas Papa Obulo at Kwangamor village in Teso South Sub County, the Governor said Kenya’s dwindling economy needs urgent attention.

” The next president should have investors who will set up industries in the country to create more job opportunities for many unemployed youth in the country,” he said.

He continued, ” We need peace in the Country, thus the need for leaders to embrace peace during the electioneering period instead of engaging in character assassination and which hunt.”

H.E Ojaamong urged those seeking to succeed him to engage in peaceful campaigns and allow the electorate to exercise their democratic rights by electing their preferred candidate.
