Kabuchai Mp Wants Waluke To Apologize Or Face The Music Over Rigging Claim

The Newly elected Kabuchai Member of Parliament Majimbo Kalasinga is very angry and is demanding for an apology from Sirisia Mp John Waluke.

Waluke had claimed on a vernacular radio station that Kalasinga rigged votes during the Kabuchai mini poll that saw him emerge the winner.

The by election was ocassioned by the death of the late law maker James Mukwe Lusweti.
Waluke who led the DP William Ruto’s allied party UDA in campaigning for its candidate Evans Kakai alleged that Ford Kenya whose candidate was the current Mp rigged votes.
“Kalasinga would not be the current Mp if the votes were not stolen in his favour, you all saw how my colleagues were arrested during the voting day, that is how vote stealing started or else Kakai could be the current Mp,” claimed Waluke.
The law maker further claimed that there was massive voter bribery, intimidation and attack on the rivals to scare them away by hired agents of Ford Kenya.
“Kakai’s vehicle was damaged and his agents attacked by Ford Kenya agents, this was to enable scare them so that they could carry out with the massive voter bribery,” he said.
Waluke also claimed that Kalasinga was also heavily funded by DP William Ruto and is busy despising and verbally attacking him.
Kalasinga was a Ford Kenya party candidate which is led by Bungoma Senator Moses Wetang’ula.
However, an angry Majimbo asked Waluke to apologize for his negative sentiments or they meet in court.
“I won in the mini poll with a landslide, i got over 16,000 votes while my closest rival got a paltry 5,000, how can one claim that i was rigged in?” he posed.

Kalasinga stated that he never received any sungle coin from Ruto during campaigns and it is only Cotu Secretary General Francis Atwoli who gave him Sh300,000.
“Let Waluke apologize to Kabuchai voters who turned up and voted for me overwhelmingly, they did it willingly without any coarcion or intimidation, am demanding for an Apology before i think of another step i will take,” said the legislator.
