FORD Kenya Party leader Moses Wetang’ula held a successful bilateral talks with Chinese ambassador to Kenya Zhou Pingjian.
Among the Diplomatic Bilateral issues included Kenya accepts the one China policy and Wetang’ula said FK party recognises and accepts this position.
“We hope China will continue supporting Kenya during this period of the Covid 19 crisis,” emphasized Wetang’ula.
The Bungoma senator added, “Ford Kenya party will have a strong engagement and corporation with the China communist party (CCP),”.
During the courtesy call the two leaders discussed a range of issues including building a strong partnership and engagement between FORD Kenya Party and Chinese Communist Party.
Other bilateral issues between Republic of China and Kenya were also discussed.
Ford Kenya deputy party leader and the Kitutu Chache Mp Richard Onyonka and his Kwanza counterpart Ferdinand Wanyonyi attended the meeting at KICC.
