A fiery and trusted Ally of the deputy president William Ruto, Kimilili Mp Didmus Barasa now claims that they are studying their enemies strength and weaknesses.
Taking to his Twitter account, Barasa wrote, “We are studying their strength, weakness and intentions to inform our next point of action, we are not boarding,”.
Majority of key allies to Ruto have been kicked out of the plum Senate jobs after allegedly failing to tow the line.
Senate Jubilee majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen and majority Chief Whip Susan Kihika were recently kicked out and replaced by leaders loyal to President Uhuru Kenyatta.
The Elgeyo Marakwet senator and his Nakuru counterpart were kicked out after they had allegedly shifted their loyalty to Ruto.
However, Kimilili legislator wrote, “People have been asking why William Ruto is silent when his allies are being clipped. As a team we operate on a philosophy of never and or not interrupting our enemies when they are making mistakes and that we get more use from our enemies than from our friends,”.
The first time youthful Law maker is a known trusted lieutenant of the deputy President and the DP has in many occasions paid a visit to his constituency to launch development projects.
The ruling party is also planning to kick out more Ruto’s allies from plum Senate and national assembly positions.
It is rumoured that Tharaka Nithi Senator Kithure Kindiki who is the Senate deputy speaker and National Assembly jubilee Majority Chief Whip who is also the Mumias East Mp Benjamin Washiali are likely to be next to be axed out.
Barasa tweeted, “Most people think that they are fighting wars. Be kind to each other, smile at a stranger. Remind them that the World isn’t their home, that being said, take care of your sanity. Do not ignore your triggers. Hold your mental health in high regard,”.
